What is your return policy?

At South East Switchgear, we want you to be 100% satisfied with each part you buy from us. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item, so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

Please follow the instructions below to return an item:

All returns must be made within 15 days of ship date. Each returned item must have a South East Switchgear Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number on the outside and inside of the package. To obtain an RGA number, please contact customer service at 877-343-6490 or send an email to [email protected].

Please have the following information ready when calling for return:

Invoice Date
Invoice Number

All returns due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
